(From your dog's eyes)

I am only part of your life

You are all of mine

In law I am still labelled 'Property'

but with you,

I have so much space to shine.

I am only part of your life

but forever to you I'll stay true.

My owner, my parent, my protector-

with all of my heart I will always protect her!

I am only part of your life

but by God I adore you in every weather!

I feel like we could face this whole world;

Never apart, always together.

I am only part of your life

and when nature takes me to heaven-

I will watch over you always

as you 'Carpe Diem'
